The tower includes the highest viewing balcony open to the public, as well as the highest mosque, the highest restaurant, and the highest swimming pool. The tower also has about 200 floors. Burj Khalifa has been designed to be a large-scale, mixed-use hub that will house 30,000 homes and nine hotels (including the Address Downtown Dubai).
