1. Single-entry UAE tourist visa holders:
Travelers holding single-entry UAE tourist visas will not be permitted to travel to Musandam as their visa may expire upon border crossing.
2. Multiple-entry UAE tourist visa holders:
Travelers with valid multiple-entry UAE tourist visas are allowed to travel.
3. Citizens eligible for UAE visa-on-arrival:
Travelers from eligible countries (including Europeans and holders of specific Canadian and US visas) can visit Musandam without restrictions.
4. UAE visa-on-arrival tourists:
These travelers can cross the border without paying an exit fee until further notice.
5. UAE residence visa holders:
A minimum of 3 months visa validity and 6 months passport validity is required at the time of travel.
6. Border fees for UAE residents:
All UAE residents, including infants and children, must pay AED 31 as border crossing fees ( at the border ).
